Day 8 of the January Journal challenge
8. What's a problem or trend you have trouble fixing? Any small thing you can do to reverse course?
Well, I think I'm developing some mild insomnia? I've always slept pretty bad but lately it's taking on a whole new dimension of dizzyness. In a way I think it's because I've always been both a daydreamer and a worrier nd those are two things that do not combine well with restful nights. I'm also pretty especific about how my bed needs to be made and my mom took my fave pillow for a wash a couple of months ago (literally took. i'm 20 yo) nd i haven't seen it since :(
I really want to talk about this with my parents, see if I can talk to a professional but whenever I say I don't feel good, no matter what, they blame it on me being on my phone and I just can't. Go trough that conversation again... It phisically pains me. What I can do, though, is keep my phone away from my room for a couple of months and then complain ha ! Found a way around ya, mom !! A friend has also reccomended ioga and meditation, idk about the second (I've tried it before and it's not really my thing) but the first does seem interesting. I'm hoping I can find some easy youtube routines or something haha if anyone reading this has a link or two I'd love to see them btw !!
